Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience navigating financial services organizations
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Conflict management skills
- Experience in the Financial Industry or in FinTechs
- Ability to forge shared partnerships with customers
- Ability to gather client knowledge
- Drive candid engagement and manage conflict
- Strategic planning
