Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, or a related discipline; or a bachelor’s degree may be waived with 10 years of related work experience.
- DoD Secret Clearance is required
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required, or 10 years of demonstrated program and/or project management experience in lieu of PMP.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated program and/or project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience using Agile frameworks, including user stories, sprint planning, backlog management, retrospectives, and adaptive delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of DoD experience (10 years without a bachelor’s degree).
- Minimum 5 years of DoD software development project and program management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee project team activities.
- Experience with the following technologies and platforms: Minimum 1–2 years of demonstrated experience using ServiceNow; Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project and Visio; SharePoint; Adobe Suite
