• Provide strategic leadership for large-scale, high‑risk enterprise infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities • Accountable for overall program performance in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment • Lead weekly program reviews, oversee issue tracking and escalations, and proactively manage risks • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by clearly communicating project status, risks, decisions, and dependencies • Define and manage project goals, milestones, and commitments, while delivering accurate, timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle • Direct cross‑functional project teams and coordinate deliverables across multiple organizations • Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess project risk, performance, and continuous improvement opportunities • Ensure successful outcomes across customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance metrics • Contribute to and lead PMO initiatives, including resource alignment, process optimization, and project prioritization • Mentor and coach project managers to strengthen delivery capability and professional growth.
