Job Description
Job Requirements
- 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a related Firewall or Networking role
- 2 years of experience in an MSP (managed service provider) role
- Experience with (i) using MS Visio to create customer or internal Network/Infrastructure diagrams to document customer or internal environments; (ii) Stencils and integrating them into documentation; (iii) creating Visio templates; (iv) MS Teams Channel & Chat creation and administration; (v) tying MS Teams into MS SharePoint; (vi) MS SharePoint administration for team members and creation of SharePoint content shareable across teams; (vii) MS Outlook processes distribution lists, adding and deleting users through Office 365 Administration and general functions Outlook is used for sending/receiving Emails, and Scheduling Meetings; (viii) 2 years of management experience leading a Network Engineering team; and (ix) 2 years of experience using an ITSM ticketing tool.
- Certifications with: Fortinet Certified Associate in Cybersecurity; Fortinet Certified Fundamentals in Cybersecurity; CISCO IP Routing, Cisco Switched Networks, Cisco Wireless Network Fundamentals, and ITIL® Foundation Certification.
