The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Partnership Manager to help manage and scale our influencer and creator relationships through various ambassador and UGC programs we offer. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of the creator economy, can build meaningful relationships, and thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. 

You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping and executing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, brand affinity, and revenue, from outreach and onboarding to campaign development and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate potential creators for brand alignment, audience fit, and long-term value
  • Oversee influencer outreach and relationship-building processes, ensuring messaging is  authentic and brand-aligned
  • Ensure we have 1-2 partners creating whitelisted content for each brief or “job posting” from Creative Strategists
  • Monitoring new content coming in from ambassador programs for whitelisting opportunities for evergreen content themes
  • Ownership of day-to-day communication within Ambassador Programs
  • Own the ambassador program funnel, from onboarding to monthly activation
  • Monitor competitor trends, emerging content formats, and creator trends to share with Partnerships & Creative Teams
  • Owning relationships with recurring partners, ensuring creative team is submitting requests each month
  • Ambassador program weekly reporting and updates

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management
  • Working knowledge of influencer marketing best practices, industry trends and content creation
  • Experience working with or understanding of ambassador programs and how they operate
  • Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Grin, Shopify, Frame, Atria and similar platforms
  • Familiarity with paid ads and whitelisting
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing projects independently, while thriving in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable managing budgets, detailed KPI performance, and influencer contracts
  • Nice to Have
  • 1+ years of experience managing or overseeing other team members
