• Lead a high-performing Shared Service team of Power BI and visualization developers • Responsible for strategic direction and operational management of the team • Design and deliver critical reporting solutions across the enterprise • Lead, mentor, and manage team members to foster a collaborative culture • Direct the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of analytical tools, dashboards, and reports • Collaborate with Service Delivery Teams to build and maintain Operations and Health dashboards • Establish technical governance and enforce best practices for business intelligence • Provide architectural guidance to internal teams • Perform platform administration duties as a Site Collection Administrator
