Job Description

• Drive the product narrative from conception to launch, partnering closely with Product and cross‑functional teams to translate early ideas into market‑ready stories, assets, and GTM plans • Develop clear, compelling product messaging and value propositions rooted in customer insights and competitive analysis • Partner closely with Product to understand roadmap priorities and translate features into user-centric stories • Build and maintain sales enablement tools such as battlecards, feature comparisons, objection‑handling guides, and demo scripts • Build personas, segmentation models, and competitive frameworks to sharpen market focus and identify opportunities • Collaborate with Demand Generation, Brand, and Content teams to ensure GTM alignment across channels and campaigns • Support lifecycle initiatives to increase product adoption, engagement, and retention • Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive movements to inform strategic decisions

Job Requirements

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related function (B2C SaaS, tech, or localization preferred)
  • Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Have strong skills in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
  • Are a natural storyteller who can simplify complex ideas for a range of audiences
  • Communicate with clarity, confidence, and the ability to influence without authority
  • Enjoy cross‑functional collaboration and know how to build strong relationships with Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Excel at staying focused, organized, and effective in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment
  • Bring a strong customer empathy lens, always tying insights back to messaging and GTM strategy
