Job Requirements
- Master's Degree from an accredited nursing program
- PMHNP-BC certification
- Active PMHNP/APRN license in Virginia, Pennsylvania, NJ, or MD
- At least 3 years of experience as a CRNP and 1 year of experience in an educational or leadership role in a behavioral health setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in pediatric psychiatry
- Demonstrated ability to train, develop, and motivate a team of medical professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to behavioral health services and residency program accreditation.
