Job Description
Job Requirements
- B.S. in life science
- MBA or M.S. a plus
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, program/project management, strategy, or commercial operations within genomics, molecular diagnostics, or life sciences
- Experience supporting strategic partnership or OEM deal processes preferred
- Familiarity with IVD product development environments strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with regulated environments relevant to OEM and diagnostic partnerships.
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to advance opportunities and drive decisions without formal authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear deal materials and present key considerations to internal and external audiences.
- Solid analytical and financial acumen to support basic commercial assessments and inform deal decision-making.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively across geographies and cultures in a global organization.
