Job Description
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering program management, technical program management, or delivery leadership in SaaS or platform environments.
- Strong experience operating within Agile frameworks and coordinating multi-team initiatives.
- Experience in continuous delivery or feature-flag-driven environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to evolve delivery systems without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Comfortable operating in AI-driven or technically complex environments.
- Strong systems thinking, operational rigor, and executive communication skills.
