• Contacting prospects by phone or via social media
• Outbound telemarketing and handling incoming leads
• Pre-qualifying potential clients according to clear criteria
• Scheduling consultation appointments with our financial advisors
• Close coordination with the sales team
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Experience in telephone sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required
- Structured, self-directed working style
- Confident manner and good interpersonal insight
- Reliability, goal orientation, and a positive attitude
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Laptop/PC and internet access for remote work
