- You are a sales talent with professional experience in telephone-based B2B sales / cold calling, e.g., in a call center or a role with intensive customer contact.
- You are persuasive, persistent, and confident.
- After every “no,” you pick up the phone again to convince the next lead.
- You enjoy interacting with people and love making calls.
- You work independently and never lose track of your activities.
- Your working style is solution-oriented, analytical, and highly structured.
- You communicate effectively and professionally in German (C2) and English (B1+), both written and spoken.
- You are eager to learn and curious.
- New software, processes, and variants are continuously tested and integrated to keep improving.
- You have completed vocational training or hold a bachelor’s degree.
