• Manage contract intake and closing process, entering and updating information in Salesforce and ensuring required documentation is complete and communicated across departments. • Maintain Salesforce data accuracy through regular updates and basic reporting. • Manage workflows related to contract database, data integrity and integration workflows with legal, services and finance teams. • Support renewal management within customer install base. • Analyse and review Salesforce records for completeness and eliminate duplication. • Respond to routine Sales Operations requests and escalate more complex issues as needed. • Ensure required customer, account and contract information is properly documented and routed by coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Services. • Compile data from Salesforce and Excel as requested. • Enter and update campaign or lead information within Salesforce. • Support user training, documentation and questions related to Salesforce functionality.
