Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Merchandising Roles or Games Marketing
- Deep understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits with entertainment and Games
- Experience in designing and evaluating A/B tests that support the games learning agenda
- Strategic thinker with a strong customer-focused mindset and empathy
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Collaborative and curious, taking time to understand the business and key partners
- Strong ability in cultivating robust internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written (memos and presentations) and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required
