Job Description

• Perform installation and commissioning on drive systems, power systems, automation systems or dynamic positioning systems at customer site locations • Perform troubleshooting activities during scheduled Port visits or at sea • Develop documentation for commissioning and maintenance procedures, as well as customer training • Execute on-site project management and technical leader duties • Identify sales opportunities for services and upgrades • Provide on-call support for customer service requests • Assist in growth and direction of the North American business • Complete timely service reports and administrative requirements • Work on-board vessels following safety guidelines during ship construction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • OR Associate's Degree in related discipline with a minimum of 5 additional years of related industry experience
  • OR High School diploma or GED equivalency with a minimum of 8 years of related industry experience
  • Ability and willingness to travel 85% of the time on short notice
  • US Person with the ability to achieve security clearance for Department of Defense projects (desired)
  • Previous Marine Industry Experience (desired)
  • Physically fit to board vessels offshore (desired)
  • Ability to pass a Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) and offshore survival course (for offshore roles, desired)
  • Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude with MS Office applications
