- Background in **third-party collection agencies** or **consumer collections at major lenders**
- Solid understanding of **consumer debt collection laws and compliance**
- Experience training, coaching, or managing collectors
- Note: SaaS Customer Success experience is **not required**. Commercial / accounting collections backgrounds are **not a fit**.
