• Collaborate with executive & sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategies • Oversee annual planning, manage territories and accounts, quota setting, and resource allocation to achieve revenue targets • Evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and prioritize development activities in sales enablement • Develop and maintain onboarding and training plans by role type • Collaborate closely with sales leadership & finance on forecasting and pipeline management • Deliver proactive, actionable recommendations based on analytics to drive revenue growth • Identify areas for improvement across the sales and channel organization
