Job Description
• Lead Hunting and Cross-Sell Efforts, spearhead sales efforts targeting Single Specialty Physician Practices with at least 75 providers or more and drive cross-sell initiatives.
• Engage with executives, reinforcing value and strategically cross-selling; laying the groundwork for executive-level relationships.
• Grasp the intricacies of customers' challenges, and then craft collaborative strategies to surmount them.
• Offer industry insights to the business and product leaders, ensuring the Company's solutions remain at the forefront.
Job Requirements
- Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree, with an MBA or MHA is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position in the healthcare space in sales or as a healthcare provider consultant (ambulatory, acute, and value-based care).
- Demonstrated success with an RCM SaaS sales track record of $2M+ annual quota achievement (at minimum).
- Must have experience selling into single specialty practices (75 or more providers) in Cardiology; Urology; GI; Physical Therapy; Orthopedic; and Women’s Health, nationwide.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Revenue Optimization principles, SaaS and solutions for healthcare providers.
- Strong history of relevant understanding of the healthcare industry in general.
