Job Description
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or independent sales contractor experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Problem-solving oriented, consultative sales mindset
- Proven ability to work independently, manage your own time, and operate without supervision
- CRM proficiency (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar); ability to quickly learn new platforms OR ability to use your own CRM/tracking system
- Comfortable using email, video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet), and web-based tools
- Legal authorization to work in the United States as an independent contractor
- Healthcare industry sales experience (medical devices, health IT, telehealth, insurance, hospital services)
- Knowledge of medical billing, HIPAA compliance, or healthcare regulatory requirements
- Previous independent contractor or 1099 sales experience
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and conversion goals
- Experience selling professional services or software-as-a-service (SaaS)
- Existing book of business or established client network in healthcare
- Bilingual abilities (English + Spanish)
