Job Description
• Maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance and manage ongoing audits
• Implement and monitor HIPAA technical safeguards
• Conduct and coordinate regular penetration testing
• Complete vendor security reviews
• Implement and enforce security policies
• Respond to security incidents
• Build security automation and monitoring
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Stay current on emerging threats
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of information security experience in production environments
- Healthcare or fintech background required
- Hands-on technical ability
- Deep experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent compliance frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS security controls
- Strong communicator
- Proactive problem-solver
- Collaborative partner
