Job Description
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Preferable exposure to healthcare operations, specifically Inpatient settings
- Proven track record of guiding products through the full lifecycle
- Comfort with developing products utilizing data analytics, AI, and machine learning technologies
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to organize complex initiatives
- Strong communicator able to influence and collaborate across teams
- A systems thinker balancing big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
- Bonus: Experience with Jira, Notion, Figma, Replit
- Bonus: Domain expertise in Inpatient hospital operations - patient flow, revenue cycle, and/or utilization management
