Job Description

• Develop, proof, review, and update technical documentation for Microsoft Power Platform applications including: User Guides, Development Guides, Maintenance Guides, Training materials • Collaborate with clients to translate information into preferred documentation formats and standards. • Work with development teams to gather, validate, and accurately document technical information. • Maintain and update the BITS Technical Handbook and associated documentation. • Review and update business rules documentation in coordination with clients and developers. • Test applications and document findings, feedback, and recommendations. • Organize, update, archive, and maintain all documentation within SharePoint. • Schedule, attend, record, and document stakeholder meetings as needed. • Assist with proofing presentations and documentation prior to client review. • Facilitate or run daily Scrum meetings as needed and update Jira boards accordingly. • Coordinate meetings and update business requirements and rules for dashboards/reports built and maintained by client. • Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing on DAPM Analytics Hub reports • Partner with Power BI developers to remediate accessibility issues as needed. • Update employee rosters quarterly to ensure accurate contact, location, and project data. • Support Power BI developers by maintaining and updating performance metrics gap analyses in coordination with SMEs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience)
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical and business documentation
  • Strong proofreading, editing, and organizational skills
  • Familarity working with Agile/Scrum teams
  • Familiarity with Jira and SharePoint
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience testing applications and documenting results
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
