Job Description
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise sales and operations, revenue, or FP&A business analyst roles
- Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model
- Experience reporting ARR metrics such as renewal rate, churn and net retention
- Possess keen business insight with the ability to handle, analyze and track recurring revenue data
- Experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and reporting as well as knowledge of data management and analytics solutions such as Tableau and SQL.
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience supporting renewals sales and customer retention is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and forecasting methodologies.
- Background with Clari is a plus
- Ability to analyze data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy
- Knowledge of Enterprise Sales Infrastructure, such as Salesforce CRM/CPQ.
- Ability to understand complex systems and dependencies
- Demonstrated ability to collect and assess data, analyze trends, and produce actionable insights that enable process and business improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of partners
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience in working across organizations, notably Sales, Finance, IT, Support and Operations
