• Lead discovery sessions and communicate solution architectures to prospects, explaining how the platform fits into their infrastructure, systems, and security models. • Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define objectives, requirements, integration needs, and success criteria. • Configure platform settings to align the solution with customer requirements during implementation. • Create high-quality technical collateral, architecture diagrams, integration and deployment guides, and roll-out plans. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales motion and subsequent roll-outs, clarifying tool capabilities, deployment models, data flows, and security considerations. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GTM to align on customer feedback and refine solution patterns and positioning. • Stay current on cloud, AI/ML, search, and DevOps trends and incorporate those insights into messaging and best practices.
