Job Description
• Own and achieve annual sales quota within the Commercial segment
• Drive net-new customer acquisition
• Lead the end-to-end sales process
• Position 8x8’s solutions to address customer pain points
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel Partners, Customer Success, and Marketing
• Build and execute territory and account plans
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven success selling CCaaS, CX, UCaaS, or similar solutions
- Experience managing complex sales cycles
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Excellent relationship-building abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized
