• Own content strategy and prioritization • Set and own the content roadmap and quarterly prioritization • Maintain a high standard of quality across all content and creative • Empower Marketing with guidelines and purpose-built writing agents • Make decisions about what the team commits to each quarter based on overall marketing strategy • Own relationship with key cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Growth, and Campaigns) • Ensure content and brand plans support pipeline and campaign goals • Run weekly 1:1s and team check-ins • Review in-progress work and provide final signoff before content moves to design or production • Maintain a high bar for quality, clarity, and consistency across all deliverables • Ensure alignment with brand voice, messaging, and visual standards • Prioritize quickly, and review work under tight timelines • Pull and share the monthly Brand Health Score • Review budget monthly, track spend, flag risks early, and utilize budget well.
