Job Description

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support the growth and success of Netflix's games licensing initiatives. • Work across a broad, cross functional team of production, marketing, content, and business development team members to execute the games licensing roadmap projects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. • Identify and implement process improvements and create best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in games licensing operations. • Work closely with internal teams, including content acquisition, marketing, legal, finance, and product, to ensure seamless execution of licensing agreements. • Oversee relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with Netflix's strategic goals and operational standards. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of licensing operations and drive continuous improvement. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and protect Netflix's interests. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the gaming sector.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations within licensing, publishing, or product development, with a focus on gaming or entertainment companies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the UGC games ecosystem and understanding of the major players and current trends.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the gaming industry and its trends.
  • 5+ years of experience in either game production or games marketing, credited on numerous launched titles.
  • Experience with new gaming platforms and technologies, including streaming.
