Job Description
Job Requirements
- Ambitious and highly motivated individual who can work without direct oversight to meet the objectives of the position.
- Prior experience creating, developing, maturing a corporate Physical Security program.
- Possess attention to detail and ability to effectively manage several concurrent issues.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors).
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, and have excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of security systems, including intrusion detection (burglar alarms), access control, and video surveillance advanced required.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and online web-based services.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in any combination of military service, law enforcement, and corporate security.
- You must be able to respond on short notice to assist with any domestic or international security incidents if required.
