Job Description

• Define Product Strategy: Own the roadmap and vision for your product area, aligning customer needs, data insights, and company goals. • Drive Innovation: Identify and validate new opportunities using competitive analysis, customer research, and rapid experimentation. • Make Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with analytics and data engineering to test, learn, and iterate using measurable outcomes. • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with engineering, marketing, and design to ensure on-time delivery of impactful features. • Ensure Transparency: Share progress, learnings, and roadmaps across teams, building organizational clarity and trust. • Foster Excellence: Create playbooks, define best practices, and contribute to a culture of executional excellence across SMB.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience as a product manager
Strategic thinking and roadmap development: Proven ability to develop and drive product strategies and roadmaps that align with business objectives
Customer-centric approach: Expertise in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, understanding user needs, and translating these into actionable product features
Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development and go-to-market strategies
Data-driven decision making: Proficiency in using data to inform product decisions, set KPIs and measure success
Agile methodology experience: Familiarity with agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and rapid testing
Excellent communication skills: Ability to articulate product vision and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong design sense or UX experience: Ability to collaborate closely with designers and prioritize user experience for SMB users
Familiarity with the SMB market: Knowledge of the challenges and needs of small to medium-sized businesses
