Your mission is to systematically identify leaders and help them understand the ideas of a new ownership model that benefits their clients, their teams and business profitability. **What You Will Do** You will execute a highly targeted, two-part growth strategy. First, you will architect AI-driven lead generation systems. You will not rely on cold lists. You will use AI and data scraping to identify true multipliers - mega-teams, independent brokerages, and agents who possess deep industry influence and want a different course of business. Second, you will lead high-level consultative appointments. You will help them understand the business model and tools that could enhance their success.
