Job Description

• Lead Integration Design: architect and design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion • Build System Architecture: develop scalable system architectures to solve complex technical problems • Configure iPaaS Solutions: implement and configure Workfront Fusion and other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io) • Strategic Consulting: facilitate high-level consulting sessions to translate complex business needs into robust integration architectures • Trusted Advising: act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on integration strategies • Client Collaboration: partner with clients to understand their business needs • Testing & Deployment: support the development and execution of testing plans for integrations • Process Optimization: leverage Workfront Fusion to enhance content supply chain processes • Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with technical, creative, and customer success teams

Job Requirements

1-3 years (level 1) / 3-6 years (level 2) / 7+ years (level 3) experience designing and implementing integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion
Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations and aligning integration solutions with client business objectives. Experience in consulting for SaaS or content supply chain environments is highly desirable
Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks
Strong experience connecting Workfront to systems like Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, GenStudio, AEM, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and Seismic
Strong knowledge of Workfront’s architecture and capabilities, including work automations, Workfront Proof, and integration with AEM for content and asset management
Understanding of content supply chain workflows and ability to apply process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Agile) to enhance efficiency
Proficiency in tracking SaaS metrics (e.g., adoption, NPS, integration uptime) using Workfront reporting, AEM Analytics, or tools like Tableau
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus
Adobe Workfront Fusion certification is highly preferred

The base salary for this role is $99,216 - $217,834. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated results as a SaaS Integration Architect
