• Architect and maintain the end-to-end BI infrastructure, leveraging Google BigQuery, Fivetran, Looker, and Power BI to ensure data integrity, reliability, and accessibility. • Lead the development of key dashboards and reports, with a heavy focus on Power BI, to monitor critical KPIs across Finance, Sales (Salesforce/Netsuite), Marketing, and Operations. • Drive the BI strategy roadmap tech stack in its entirety to achieve synergy and a cohesive vision. • Perform complex hands-on data modeling and ETL/ELT work to integrate data from diverse sources, including Netsuite, Salesforce, and a Homegrown application. • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to understand strategic objectives and translate them into measurable, actionable data requirements and reporting structures. • Engage directly with business unit owners to democratize data and enable self-service analytics where appropriate, reducing reliance on the central BI team for routine requests. • Oversee data security and compliance measures related to data assets and reporting environments
