Job Description

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to maximize sales opportunities. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to develop strategic sales plans. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to track progress and drive continuous improvement. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders and senior management. • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence. • Stay informed about industry trends, product advancements, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
