Job Requirements
- Associate degree with 5 years sales experience or bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU and/or OR medical device sales experience.
- Experience selling endoscopes or patient warming products is desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated sales success (awards, promotions, and rapid territory growth) in previous roles.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of business acumen – strategic planning, analytics, presenting, follow up.
- Ability to meet all vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems.
- Must live in assigned territory and manage up to 40% travel.
