• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate project activities and resources, including team members and external vendors • Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues • Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions • Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders • Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements • Maintain project documentation and ensure all project files are organized and up-to-date • Support the project manager in any other tasks as needed to ensure project success
