Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or related roles.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or tech company ($30M-$200M revenue scale).
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; can go deep on data.
- Excellent executive communication; board-ready.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Proactive, strategic thinker who brings insights without being asked.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and structuring messy problems.
- Nice to haves: IB/PE background followed by operating experience.
- Experience at a crypto company or has personal meaningful involvement in crypto on the side.
- Background in consumer subscription or B2B SaaS.
