• Drive sales of Allspring’s mutual funds, separately managed accounts, exchange traded funds, money funds and DCIO business at all broker dealers and select smaller RIAs • Collaborate with Regional Directors, Associate Regional Directors, and Sales Management to provide feedback and insights on trends in the industry and market demands • Achieving top tier market share at the territory level, at Allspring’s focus firms, and in their focus products • Providing updates on what the Financial Advisors own and discussing best investment strategies and uncover opportunities to up-sell and/or cross sell • Excelling in leaning in on specific asset classes, earning the right to compete for a spot, and delivering exceptionally on proposals • Identifying and partnering with key local Centers of Influence, as well as key broker/ dealer personnel to expand relationships
