Job Description
• Identify new business opportunities in the brewing industry
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies
• Generate new leads through various networking channels
• Prepare and deliver presentations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8-10 years in business development, sales, or a similar relevant role
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Teams, and CRM software
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time as needed for client meetings and industry events
