Job Description
• Own end-to-end business development, from pipeline creation through deal close
• Build and manage senior relationships with L1/L2 protocols, stablecoin issuers, custodians, wallets, and infrastructure providers
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including enterprise contracts and strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with product and engineering to scope paid engagements and technical deliverables
• Develop pricing, packaging, and repeatable go-to-market motions
• Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
• Represent Project Eleven in high-stakes conversations with founders, executives, and boards
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
- Strong background in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Proven ability to close complex, technical deals
- Comfortable selling novel, category-defining technology
- Credible with both technical and executive stakeholders
- Self-directed, low-ego, and comfortable operating in early-stage environments
