• Ensures timely delivery of contract and project deliverables that meet quality standards and client requirements • Develops comprehensive project plans encompassing scope based on PWS/SOW/WBS and communicates those with team members • Builds, communicates, and executes project schedule • Monitors and communicates team member project allocations and staffing • Identifies and coordinates the needs of team members to be successful • Identify, communicate and mitigate risk/challenges internally and to stakeholders • Identify, communicate, and develop opportunities consistent with project • Leads project team’s sprint planning, backlog management, and assignment tracking in an organized manner • Monitors Engineering Performance and coordinates with engineering managers and technical leads as it pertains to respective projects
