Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to understand their talent needs and organizational goals.
  • Develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Search for and engage high-quality candidates through various sourcing methods.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Foster relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding the recruitment progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to provide strategic insights.
  • Enhance the employer branding of clients through various marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment consulting, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates and clients.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
