• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers, supporting the sales cycle from discovery through proof of concept, demonstration, and technical close • Design and articulate data warehouse and analytics architectures using WhereScape products across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments • Lead technical discovery to understand customer data platforms, business requirements, and architectural constraints • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-value engagements tailored to customer use cases • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable data warehouse designs, including dimensional, Data Vault, and hybrid approaches • Advise customers on best practices for data modeling, data integration, automation, and performance optimization • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure accurate positioning, feedback loops, and field enablement • Support RFP and technical evaluation responses, including architecture descriptions and solution designs • Assist with customer onboarding activities and early-stage implementations as needed to ensure successful outcomes • Stay current on WhereScape capabilities, supported platforms, and broader data warehousing and analytics trends
