• Conduct thorough assessments of the legacy system data and systems across VA facilities • Document legacy data elements that will be used to drive the CSOM data driven approach • Map current state model to future state, where possible, to provide predictive tools that can suggest future state user configuration • Test data visualizations that will be used to define the current state operating model • Identify gaps between the current state and desired future state operating models • Provide recommendations for improvement • Work closely with VA FMBT and FSC staff to define and review the CSOM • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to gather insights and feedback • Develop strategies and initiatives to optimize current processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance performance • Drive ongoing initiatives for process enhancement, cost reduction, and quality improvement
