Job Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, marketplace, or tech-enabled services
- Proven experience supporting both sales-led B2B funnels and self-serve or SMB growth motions
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Hands-on execution skills (this is not a purely strategic role)
- Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, content, partnerships, events)
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly in a startup or high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
