• Manage intake of NDAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts. • Maintain tracking systems to provide visibility into status, ownership, and timelines. • Monitor deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and help identify bottlenecks. • Generate initial drafts using Ironclad templates and form-based workflows. • Revise documents based on legal team guidance, incorporating comments and redlines. • Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, formatting, and template consistency. • Serve as liaison between Legal and internal teams (Business Development, Client Success, Finance, Operations). • Route drafts, collect comments, and maintain version control. • Maintain organized repositories of contracts and legal matter files. • Document and refine repeatable legal workflows and SOPs. • Recommend process improvements that reduce manual work and increase visibility.
