• Proactively initiate outbound conversations with small businesses to create new sales opportunities • Qualify prospects through direct, structured discovery conversations and sound judgment • Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining momentum and quality • Take ownership of follow-up, next steps, and clean handoffs to Account Executives • Adapt your messaging and approach when standard tactics stop working • Operate effectively in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment • Continuously improve your sales skills through repetition, feedback, and execution.
