• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions. • Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials. • Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content to enable the EMS software portfolio. • Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction. • Assist in aligning messaging and campaigns across ZOLL’s EMS hardware and software portfolios. • Help collect, organize, and share competitive intelligence and customer insights for internal use. • Support training initiatives, including preparing materials and assisting with training sessions for internal stakeholders. • Support trade shows and industry events for EMS software, including planning, coordination, and execution assistance.
