Position in this function is responsible for managing, implementing, and executing on key projects throughout Quality. The position provides support through representation of senior leadership interests in both internal and external initiatives, and in some cases is an active team member on Quality strategy initiatives. The Project Manager provides business support, manages quality improvement and implementation projects, facilitates meetings and manages documents and workflows. The Project Manager will identify project planning and prioritization, documentation of project timelines/accountability by working with cross-functional teams and leadership, staff and/or stakeholders to achieve stated project goals and deliverable. Accountable for supervising assigned projects and operational collaboration during implementation of new processes. Coordinates with project managers, program managers, business analysts, training teams, and other stakeholders to ensure all goals and objectives are met.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manages and completes moderately complex projects, business analysis and quality improvement tasks across various functional areas that support Quality initiatives
Manages projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitor & control, and close
Identify project duration, effort, sequence, and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
Develops and maintains detailed project plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Ensures that project schedules include all tasks and activities necessary to achieve project objectives and that all project deliverables are identified and on track throughout the project lifecycle and take appropriate action when needed
Leverage change management processes to drive effective project execution
Develop, document, and implement project communication plans (e.g., stakeholder communications) throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure that all project deliverables are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations (e.g., data security, federal/state regulatory requirements)
Required Qualifications:
PMP Certification, Lean, Six Sigma or other certification in project management
3+ years of experience with project management or process improvement initiatives
3+ years associated business experience with health care industry
SmartSheet experience
Experience maintaining motivation to accomplish goals under stringent timelines
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to successfully conceptualize an initiative, develop a plan and execute the plan through implementation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical/clinic background
HEDIS/ Star experience
Working knowledge of Share Point

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
