Overview 

Trinetix is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, discovery, and delivery of enterprise custom digital products, including AI-enabled solutions collaborative with and for our clients. 

In this role, you will partner closely with our customer’s business and IT stakeholders along with our internal team members to envision design to turn complex operational challenges into scalable, Enterprise and world-class digital solutions. You will collaborate with the client and help guide product vision, facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and ensure measurable business outcomes and value capture from solutions. 

This is a senior-level role requiring strong stakeholder leadership, structured problem-solving, excellent communication skills and solid product management and product owner experience delivering enterprise-grade products in Agile environments. 

What You’ll Do 

• Co-create with the client product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps for complex enterprise initiatives and solutions, ensuring alignment to measurable business outcomes. 

• Lead product discovery with your Trinetix team members including executive workshops,roadmap and DITL and/of focus group working sessions; translate business strategy into prioritized epics, detailed user stories, and clearly defined KPIs. 

• Serve as the primary product interface across business leaders, engineering, UX, and data teams, driving cross-functional alignment and delivery. 

• Operate within Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments, leading backlog prioritization and incremental value delivery using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Figma. 

• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives from problem framing through launch and iteration, partnering with delivery team leaders and members across design and engineering (including AI/ML/RPA, etc.) to define requirements, including those relevant to models and data training as well as non-functional requirements like performance metrics (e.g., precision, latency, adoption). 

• Apply strong business acumen within Trinetix target industries (Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Fleet), translating operational processes into domain tailoredscalable digital solutions while evaluating downstream operational impact. 

• Develop executive-ready product narratives, business cases, and structured communications to support decision-making and adoption. 

• Participate and be a client advisor for UAT as well as help lead train-the-trainer sessions 

• Contribute to adoption artifacts and client knowledge base articles on the toolset 

About You 

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Strategy, or a related discipline 

• Experience leading enterprise-level product initiatives 

• Demonstrated ability to run workshops and facilitate roadmap planning 

• Strong experience writing detailed product requirements and user stories 

• Experience delivering AI-enabled or data-driven products 

• Experience working in Agile environments with one or more Agile certifications 

• Proficiency with Jira and/or Azure DevOps (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, SAFe Agilist) 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Ideally, You Also Have Several of the Following 

• At least 3+ years experience in consulting or professional services environments 

• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain 

• Familiarity with GenAI tools for product discovery and prototyping 

• PMP Certification 

• Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related discipline 

• Experience with digital adoption strategies
