• Define the multi-year roadmap for Lyra’s Provider Ecosystem, leveraging market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research, to meet Lyra’s ambitious business and care quality objectives. • Continue expanding the development of Lyra’s AI capabilities, to reduce administrative overhead on providers while enhancing care quality and client safety. • Drive the shift toward a state of the art platform that supports complex care coordination and global access. • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of PMs, fostering a culture of product excellence and teamwork. • Partner closely with Clinical, Engineering, Design, and Ops to understand pain points and opportunity areas, and develop product (or non-product) plans that help achieve both short and longer term business objectives. Keep stakeholders informed by sharing progress on existing product initiatives as well as future roadmap plans. • Maintain a high bar for product craft. Identify, develop, and encourage adoption of tools (e.g. AI) and processes that drive more efficiency, effectiveness, and happiness within the product team. • Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success.
